TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. No minimum order is required for purchases.
  2. All orders over $1000 shall require a 50% deposit prior to shipment of  goods.
  3. The buyer accepts all responsibility for the balance of money owing on order of goods and agrees to pay the balance within 14 days.
  4. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  5. All orders placed prior to change of price will not incur new pricing.
  6. Prices do not include GST and postage & handling.
  7. The buyer must notify Enable Consultation Services of any defect of goods, shortage in supply or failure to comply with description or quote within 7 days of delivery.
  8. Enable Consultation Services must be advised in writing of all goods that wish to be returned within 7 days of receiving order.(returns are SUBJECT to approval)
  9. Application for return can be made by emailing sue@enableservices.com.au
  10. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval by Enable Consultation Services.
  11. All returns will incur a 10% return fee of total order price excluding postage and handling.
  12. All goods returned must be returned in the same condition to which they were delivered.
  13. The buyer will accept responsibility for delivery of returned goods.
  14. Enable Consultation Services will not accept any responsibility for goods returned that deemed to be lost in transit.
  15. The method of credit will be via cheque issued by Enable Consultation Services within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
